2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide our scheduling services. This includes:

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up via Google, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and Google ID. If you upgrade to a paid plan, we may collect billing details (via our payment processors).

2.2 Calendar & Scheduling Data

To facilitate scheduling, we process: Calendar events (titles, times, attendees), Availability preferences, and Meeting details (types, durations, locations).

2.3 Invitee Information

When someone books a meeting with you, we collect their name, email, phone number (if requested), and any additional notes they provide.

2.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage logs to ensure security and improve platform performance.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Use

Our service relies on integrations with third-party providers. Here is specifically how we handle data from these sources:

3.1 Google Calendar & Contacts

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Usage: We use Google Calendar scopes to: (1) Check your availability to prevent double bookings, and (2) Add new scheduled meetings to your calendar. We do NOT use this data for advertisements or allow humans to read this data unless required for security or explicit support requests.

3.2 Zoom Application Integration

Stabilim.ro integrates with Zoom to generate dynamic meeting links.

Usage: We access: Zoom User ID (to map to your account), Meeting settings (to create links). We do NOT access your recordings, chat logs, or other meeting content.

Retention: Zoom OAuth tokens are strictly encrypted (AES-256). You can revoke our access at any time via your Zoom Dashboard or our Integrations settings.

3.3 Microsoft Teams & Other Video Providers

For Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing integrations, we strictly adhere to their respective API Terms of Use, accessing only the minimum necessary scopes to generate meeting links and update calendar availability.

4. Data Retention Policy

We only retain personal data for as long as necessary:

Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
Deleted Accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Booking History: Retained for 2 years for your scheduling records, unless earlier deletion is requested.
Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax laws.
Logs: Technical logs are retained for 30 days.

5. Security Measures

We employ robust security measures including: Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), Encryption at rest (AES-256 for sensitive tokens), Strict Access Controls, and Regular Security Audits. We utilize HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) and Content Security Policy (CSP).

We do not sell your data. We may share data with: Service Providers (hosting, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements; and Legal Authorities if required by law.
